  • Unless otherwise noted, all handmade free-standing lace jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

    Each pair of embroidered lace earrings is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

    You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Because each item is handmade, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

    If your lace earrings or embroidered jewelry arrive damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so I can resolve the issue.

    Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I will work with you to make things right.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While I do my best to ship quickly, Viken Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other factors outside my control.

  • All Viken Stitches earrings are finished with stainless steel hypoallergenic hooks, which are commonly recommended for people with sensitive ears.

    However, because individual skin sensitivities can vary, I cannot guarantee that all materials will be completely irritation-free for every wearer. If you have severe metal allergies, please feel free to contact me before ordering to discuss possible options.
